Warm weather is officially here!! Step outside in the morning and take a long deep breath, hold it for a few seconds then slowly release the breath…feel the breath move throughout your whole body. Do this 2-3 times slowly and notice how you feel. You can do this with your eyes closed or open. Let the sun warm your face. You can then bring your hands up above your head as you inhale…on your exhale bring your hands down back at your sides. Continue for a few more breaths. Feel alive and open to a new day!
